National Martini Day is June 19th. To us gals behind One Martini, it’s a holiday equally as important as Christmas or our birthdays. To help you celebrate this very special day, we’ve rounded up some of our favorite martini recipes for you to enjoy!
10 Martini Recipes for National Martini Day
Let’s start this round-up with our more popular martini recipes…
Orange Creamsicle Martini – Our top search term almost every month is something related to a creamsicle martini. And our recipe with vanilla vodka and fresh orange juice, is a definite do not miss.
Blood Orange Martini – If you can find fresh blood oranges, you’ll love this beautiful martini.
Raspberry Lemon Drop Martini – This martini took a few tries to get the recipe right. But all the taste testing and re-creating was worth it.
Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini – If you have blueberries on hand instead of raspberries, this is the drink for you.
Now, let’s move on to some other really great martini recipes that are not in our list of ten most popular posts…
Clementine Martini – I love fresh squeezed clementine for both their color and their taste in cocktails. With lemon infused vodka, this is a great fusion of citrus flavors.
Pomegranate Martini – I cannot do a list of martini recipes without including the one that made me fall in love with martinis in the first place. I had my first pom martini with my mom and my life has never been the same.
Key Lime Martini – This is another vanilla vodka cocktail that is absolutely delightful. Just make sure you use fresh squeezed lime juice. The bottled stuff just isn’t the same.
Key Lime Pomegranate Martini – This martini recipe is kind of a love child of the two listed directly above. It was created when I had a bag of key limes and no real plan for them. Isn’t that how a lot of drinks are created?
And for a couple gin martinis…
Cantaloupe Martini – Hendrick’s Gin is the star booze in this delicate cocktail. It’s a summer favorite with fresh cantaloupe and muddled mint.
Margarita Martini – The Margatini is a combination of the margarita and the martini. Made with Tanqueray Ten Gin, it packs a punch that can’t be beat.
Classic Martini – For those that want to take a step back in time, you’ll want to drink a classic martini. Dry, dirty, wet, perfect, gin, vodka, shaken or stirred. So many different choices for this selection. Whatever you choose, you’ll want it nice and cold.
And don’t forget to stock up on all your booze for celebrating National Martini Day at BevMo! {our favorite store}.
