4th of July Cocktail Roundup

Since the beginning of June we have been posting cocktail recipes that are perfect for celebrating the 4th of July (and all other days of the year). To make it easier for you to plan your celebration (and your grocery list) we thought it would be a good idea to do a 4th of July cocktail roundup.

Don’t be afraid to try out more than one cocktail recipe. Although you should probably schedule time for a nap if you want to stay awake to watch the fireworks once the sun goes down. And even if you aren’t going to watch the fireworks, I’d still schedule time for a nap.

4th of July Cocktail Roundup (from 2012)

(Sorted by alcohol, of course)

Vodka drinks:

Red, White and Blue Vojito - Muddled cherries and blueberries in cherry vodka.

Pomegranate Martini - Beautiful red martinis with a pleasantly tart flavor.

Cherry Bomb Cocktail - Refreshing cherry vodka cocktail.

Spiked Watermelon Punch - Fresh watermelon and cantaloupe punch that is good for a crowd.

Tequila drinks:

Pomegranate Margarita – Another red cocktail but full of tequila.

Blue Margarita - The color of the ocean in a margarita glass.

Coconut Margarita - Blended goodness full of coconut flavor.

Rum drinks:

Cherry Colada Cooler - Like a cherry pina colada. On the rocks.

Blue Hawaiian Cocktail - Take a mental vacation with this blue cocktail.

You can pick up all of your booze supplies from our favorite store, BevMo! for your celebration. They’ll have everything you need to get the party started.

Be sure to let us know which drink(s) are your favorite. And be safe while you are enjoying your fourth of July!

Cheers and Happy 4th of July!
