Blackberry Mojito

We love creating variations of mojito recipes, especially with fresh fruit such as the Strawberry Pomegrante Mojito, the Strawberry Dragon Berry Rum Mojito, and the Agave Lemon Mojito.

Today’s blackberry mojito recipe is no different. Blackberries and mint pair nicely together and this is a very easy cocktail recipe.

Blackberry Mojito

Ingredients

5 blackberries

6 mint leaves

2 TBSP simple syrup

1/2 lime

1 1/2 ounces white rum

soda water

Preparation

Muddle blackberries, mint, and simple syrup in a highball glass.

Add lime juice and rum. Stir.

Add ice and then fill with soda water.

Garnish with a lime wheel, blackberry, and a couple mint leaves.

Makes 1 Blackberry Mojito.
