We love creating variations of mojito recipes, especially with fresh fruit such as the Strawberry Pomegrante Mojito, the Strawberry Dragon Berry Rum Mojito, and the Agave Lemon Mojito.
Today’s blackberry mojito recipe is no different. Blackberries and mint pair nicely together and this is a very easy cocktail recipe.
Blackberry Mojito
Ingredients
5 blackberries
6 mint leaves
2 TBSP simple syrup
1/2 lime
1 1/2 ounces white rum
soda water
Preparation
Muddle blackberries, mint, and simple syrup in a highball glass.
Add lime juice and rum. Stir.
Add ice and then fill with soda water.
Garnish with a lime wheel, blackberry, and a couple mint leaves.
Makes 1 Blackberry Mojito.
Cheers!
P.S. I couldn’t leave out this picture because it turned out so awesome.
