Christmas and candy canes go together like Thanksgiving and turkey. You can’t have one without the other.
But you know what makes Christmas and candy canes even better?
That’s right.
VODKA.
Doesn’t vodka make everything better?
So, in today’s creation we have combined vodka and candy canes to give you a candy cane vodka to help you survive this and every other Christmas season with the family.
You’re welcome.
How to make Candy Cane Vodka
Ingredients
Candy Canes
Vodka
Preparation
Take a handful of candy canes (about 8 to 12 ) and put them in a pint sized mason jar.
Fill the mason jar with vodka and put the lid on it.
Put the mason jar in the fridge.
Shake it every once in awhile when you open the fridge.
After 1 to 2 days the candy canes will have dissolved and you will be left with a pinkish colored liquid - aka Candy Cane Vodka.
Try this candy cane vodka in the White Chocolate Candy Cane Martini, the Chocolate Mint Martini, and the Cherry Candy Cane Cocktail.

I need your candy cane martini recipe asap. My in-laws are coming into town this weekend for an early Christmas and I need all the alcohol I can get.
Get your candy cane vodka ready, sis! xo CB
Now this makes me wish I could have a drink now!
We will drink for you for now.
OK, so this is just so many ways awesome that I think I’ll just go out and become even more of an alcoholic. And to think I’d just sworn of hard liquor this very evening…hmm…maybe I’ll do the opposite and just quit wine and beer instead.
At least allow hard liquor once a week.
This is GREAT! I love a good cocktail! I just had a few friends over and we did a “tasting”! 5 fruity drinks (I was going on a cruise) and 5 Christmas-y drinks (it was the season after all!). I’m always on the look out for yummy, liquid treats! I’m subscribing!
What a fun idea to have a cocktail tasting!
I don´t drink, but ladies, good job!
I love the design, the pictures are great and the social media buttons hilarious. My sister, who has this new found interest in cocktail mixing will love this!
Hope you pass this on to your sister and that she likes the cocktails we will be sharing.
