Cherry Bomb Cocktail

One of my favorite easy cocktail recipes in the summer is this Cherry Bomb Cocktail. It takes seconds to make and it’s so refreshing after a hot day in the sun.

As a cocktail blogger, it’s rare that I ever make a single cocktail recipe more than two or three times. My head is always spinning with new cocktail ideas that the old ones just get pushed to the side.

But there are a select few that don’t meet this same fate. Like the key lime martini, the blood orange margaritas and this Cherry Bomb Cocktail. These drinks are infused in my brain to make when I just want a drink but don’t want to create something new.

What I really love about this Cherry Bomb Cocktail is that it’s very refreshing for the summertime. The combination of cherry vodka with the sparkling mineral water hits the spot perfectly. I find I usually drink them on Saturday afternoons after working in the garden.

I might also take a nap after I finish the drink. But isn’t that what you’re supposed to do on Saturdays?
