It’s no secret that the One Martini girls are in love with 360 Vodka, so much so we wish BevMo carried every flavor. Today’s Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail will give you one more reason why we love this vodka so much.
360 Vodka doesn’t just make great tasting vodka; they created an innovative recycling program to help reduce waste. Their swing top cap can be mailed back to them (postage paid!) where it will be reused, and the bottle they’ve designed can be used for anything from oils to spices.
Trust us when we say that everything about this vodka is awesome. Just like this drink featuring the 360 Double Chocolate Vodka.
Since the chocolate vodka is clear, it doesn’t get in the way of the beautiful color of this cocktail. The red comes from Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur which settles at the bottom until you stir the drink.
Top it with soda water and a chocolate mint garnish and you are done. It’s an easy cocktail to make and great for afternoons.
Chocolate Raspberry Cocktail
Ingredients
2 ounces 360 Double Chocolate Vodka
1 ounce Chambord Black Raspberry Liqueur
soda water
chocolate mint sprig, for garnish
Preparation
Fill a double old fashion glass with ice.
Add vodka and liqueur.
Top with soda water and garnish with chocolate mint sprig.
Gently stir before serving.
Makes 1 cocktail.

We found this vodka at Blissdom and it’s been one of our favorites since. The vanilla vodka is delicious.
