Grapefruit is loaded with Vitamin C so of course we want to drink it in as many ways possible. The first post we used grapefruit in was the Pink Lilikoi Martini so now it’s time to get out the salt for a Grapefruit Margarita.
Grapefruit Margaritas
Ingredients
3 ounces Tequila (I used Silver Patron)
6 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1 freshly squeezed lime
Margarita salt (optional)
Lime wedges for garnish
Ingredients
If you like your margaritas salty, rim glass with lime and dip in margarita salt.
Fill margarita glasses with ice.
Pour all contents into a cocktail shaker and shake.
Pour into margarita glasses and garnish with lime wedges.
Makes 2 Margaritas.
Cheers!
