Lavender Sunrise Cocktail

This lavender pineapple cocktail is a unique blend of flavors that works beautifully together. Just like the clementine pineapple cocktails.

Lavender Pineapple Cocktail

While at a blogging conference back in February, Carri and I drank many of these cocktails at the Gaylord Opryland hotel bar. That bar may or may not have been where we spent most of our time. After spending a fortune on these drinks ($10 a drink!!!), we knew we had to remake them at home. Plus, it would be so much cheaper.

This same blogging conference is where we first tried and fell in love with 360 Vodka and tried a version of the Hey Girl Martini.

But, back to this lavender pineapple cocktail…

Before we could make it at home we had to get the lavender syrup.

I tried to find it at Whole Foods, Cost Plus and my local coffee shop. No success at any of them. Finally, I have in and ordered the Lavender Monin syrup (affiliate link) on Amazon. This lavender pineapple cocktail is so tasty I suggest you also place your order today. You won’t be sorry. It can also be used to make lavender italian sodas for your kids. Just a little bit of syrup mixed with soda water and they have a nice treat.

The lavender syrup floats to the bottom of the drink to give it a nice sunrise look. But, you’ll want to stir the cocktail before drinking it so that you get the full effect of the flavors. And don’t add to much lavender. It will overtake the pineapple and that’s not good.

Lavender Pineapple Cocktail

Ingredients

3/4 ounce Monin Lavender Syrup

2 ounces Vodka

Pineapple Juice

Preparation

Pour lavender syrup in a highball glass.

Next add the vodka.

Fill the glass with ice.

Top with pineapple juice.

Stir as you drink so that you get the combination of vodka, lavender, and pineapple at the same time.

Makes 1 cocktail.

Cheers!
