Nothing says “summer” quite like fresh lemons from the backyard tree which can be used in cocktail recipes such as the Lemon Drop Martini, the Raspberry Lemon Drop Martini, and the Basil Lemon Vodka Cocktail. Another easy cocktail recipe for fresh lemons is this Lemon Vodka Refresher.
Lemon Vodka Refresher
Ingredients
1 ounce Kettle One Citroen vodka
1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce home made simple syrup
Sprite
Preparation
Fill a Double Old-Fashioned or tall Collins glass with ice. Add vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Top with Sprite.
