The One Martini girls love mojitos almost as much as martinis. This mojito drink recipe is special because it is pretty to look at with the bright green color and the combination of rum, Midori, and mint makes it a perfect summer cocktail.
Midori Melon Mojito
Ingredients
1 ounce white rum
1 ounce Midori
1/2 ounce home made simple syrup
4 mint leaves
soda water
mint sprig, for garnish
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves with rum.
Add Midori, simple syrup, and ice.
Shake and pour into a tall Collins.
Add more ice, if needed, and top with soda water.
Garnish with mint sprig.
Sip while tanning at the pool.
Makes 1 mojito
Cheers!
