Although most are familiar with a Gin Rickey, not everyone enjoys the taste of gin.
A “Rickey’, named after Congressional Lobbyist Colonial “Joe” Rickey, is quite simply a base spirit, fresh citrus juice, and carbonated (soda) water. The possibilities are endless.
Every Rickey is prepared the same way: The juice and pulp from fresh citrus is squeezed into a glass of ice first, followed by the spirit, and then topped with soda water. The bartender then serves the Rickey with a swizzle stick or straw, allowing the person enjoying the drink to stir.

I seriously love Midori. Like I could lick the inside of the bottle.
This looks amazing!
It’s so good! It tones down the sweetness and gives it a nice tang. xC
