To celebrate both St. Patrick’s Day and Girl Scout Cookies we created this Mint Martini. While it doesn’t use Irish Whiskey or Guinness beer the green color of the cocktail will be a hit for any St. Patrick’s Day celebration. And who doesn’t love a drink that uses Thin Mint Girl Scout cookies as garnish?
The flavors of the vanilla vodka (used also in the Orange Creamsicle Martini and the Key Lime Martini) pair nicely with the green Creme de Menthe and half and half for the perfect St. Patrick’s beverage.
Mint Martini
Ingredients
