A Peach Bellini is a very popular Italian drink that originated in Venice. It’s a mixture of sparkling wine and peach puree, but is also sometimes made with mango or other fruit purees. It’s an easy cocktail recipe to make at home and can be great to serve up when entertaining.
Peach Bellini Recipe
8 oz. of Sparkling Wine
6 oz. of Peach Puree (or any other fruit puree)
Handful of Fresh Raspberries
1 1/2 Cups of Ice
1 Pinch of Sugar
Put everything into a blender and mix until the ice is fully pureed.
Pour into your favorite champagne, wine or martini glass and enjoy.
Cheers!

Thanks for having me here today, ladies!
That looks like a delicious summery drink!
It is awesome in the summer. Fun to sit out on a deck with on a warm night.
Oh my, yum! So one of my faves!
I know – I could drink these all the time! Except for the little brain freeze you get after a while.
Hee! Apparently pinterest totally agrees – 11 repins of my pin! Love!
It did get a ton of repins! Awesome! xC
This looks awesome!
Thanks, Natalie! Give it a try!
Looks like a lovely drink! Two questions for you… first, how do you measure ounces? I don’t have a scale, so whenever I come across a recipe that calls for oz, I’m looking for a way to convert them.
Second, I glanced through a book of mixed drinks in Chapters the other day (because I like sweet, fruity drinks like this one) but started despairing at the recipe lists. This drink sounds easy (I could keep peaches and sparkling wine around the house), but maybe you could write a post on a variety of drinks that a person could make with just a few simple ingredients to keep around the house? So that I don’t have to dash to the store every time I want to have a drink?
Hi Bonnie,
US Standard Measurement has fluid ounces as well as weight ounces. So, when we talk about ounces, we mean fluid ounces. One fluid ounce is equal to 30 ml.
We just started this site a little over a month ago, so stay tuned for more recipes!
