Easter is coming up so we figured it was time to create an Easter Cocktail for you to enjoy while spending time trying to remember where you hid all the eggs.
This Peeps Martini features Smirnoff’s Fluffed Marshmallow Vodka (also used in the S’mores Martini) along with vanilla syrup and half and half. Add a colored sugar rim of your choosing and you have a great Easter cocktail to drink instead of eating the real Peeps candies.
Peeps Martini
Ingredients
2 ounces Smirnoff Fluffed Marshmallow Vodka
1 ounce Vanilla Syrup (I used Torani)
1 ounce half and half
Colored sugar
Preparation
Pour Fluffed Marshmallow Vodka, vanilla syrup and half and half into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake.
Rim martini glass with vanilla syrup and then dip into colored sugar.
Pour contents of cocktail shaker into martini glass.
Makes 1 martini but since this drink tastes better than the actual Peeps candy we recommend you skip the candy and have another martini.
Happy Easter and Cheers!
