The Hawaiian word for passion fruit is lilikoi and in this drink we combined ruby red grapefruit juice and passion fruit vodka to create a tropical cocktail that will make you wish your glass was bottomless.
Pink Lilikoi Martini
Ingredients
4 ounces fresh squeezed ruby red grapefruit juice (should equal 1 grapefruit)
2 ounces passion fruit vodka
Preparation
Squeeze grapefruit juice into cocktail shaker, add passion fruit vodka and ice.
Shake and pour into martini glass.
Note: in my opinion this drink did not need any added sugar but if you feel that it does you can add a sugar rim to the glass by rimming it with grapefruit and then dipping in sugar.
Makes 1 martini.
Cheers!
