Sparkling Pomegranate Martini

If jello shots and the Sparkling Orange Martini aren’t enough for your New Year’s Eve celebration we think this Pomegranate drink would be a perfect addition for the festivities.

Sparkling Pomegranate Martini, Pomegranate and Champagne martini for New Year's Eve

Pour 2 ounces Champagne (Sparkling Wine) into a martini glass

Sparkling Champagne Martini, How to make a pomegranate champagne martini

In a martini shaker mix:

1 ounce vodka

2 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice

Shake and pour into martini glass with the Champagne (Sparkling Wine).

Optional: Add a squeeze of lime.

Garnish with pomegranate seeds (they will sink to the bottom at first but will slowly rise up to the top because of the bubbly).

Makes 1 martini
