If jello shots and the Sparkling Orange Martini aren’t enough for your New Year’s Eve celebration we think this Pomegranate drink would be a perfect addition for the festivities.
Pour 2 ounces Champagne (Sparkling Wine) into a martini glass
In a martini shaker mix:
1 ounce vodka
2 1/2 ounces pomegranate juice
Shake and pour into martini glass with the Champagne (Sparkling Wine).
Optional: Add a squeeze of lime.
Garnish with pomegranate seeds (they will sink to the bottom at first but will slowly rise up to the top because of the bubbly).
Makes 1 martini
