The strawberry infused vodka was so good we had to find more uses for it besides the Strawberry White Chocolate Martini.
In this Strawberry Martini you get the deliciousness of the strawberry infused vodka plus Cointreau and pineapple juice to create a cocktail recipe to make you happy you woke up that morning.
Strawberry Pineapple Martini
Ingredients
2 ounces strawberry infused vodka (I didn’t strain the strawberry pulp out of the vodka for this drink because I liked the texture the strawberries gave but you can strain if you want to).
1 ounce Cointreau
2 ounces pineapple juice
Preparation
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake and pour into a martini glass.
Garnish with a strawberry.
Makes 1 martini.
