Sour mix is a home bar must have, as it’s used in many favorite drink recipes.
Drinks such as margaritas and cosmopolitans call for sour mix, which is also known as “sweet and sour mix”, “margarita mix” or “bar sour”.
Home made sour mix is easy to make and tastes a lot better than mix that is commercially produced.
Sweet and Sour Mix
1 part simple syrup
2 parts fresh squeezed lemon juice
Combine ingredients and keep refrigerated.
Cheers!
