Now that the mango, papaya, and pineapple infused tequila has been sitting for a few days, it’s time to put it to use in a margarita recipe.
Mango, Papaya, Pineapple Margaritas
Ingredients
4 ounces mango, papaya, and pineapple infused tequila
2 ounces Grand Marnier
2 fresh squeezed limes
Pineapple wedges, orange wheels, and/or lime wheels for garnish
Optional: margarita salt
Preparation
If you want salt, rim glasses with lime and dip in margarita salt.
Fill 2 margarita glasses with ice.
Pour infused tequila, Grand Marnier, and fresh squeezed lime juice into a cocktail shaker and shake.
Pour into 2 margarita glasses.
Garnish each glass with pineapple wedge, orange wheel and lime wheel.
Pretend you are on a tropical island while sipping slowly from glass. Refill as needed.
Makes 2 margaritas.
Cheers!
But wait…the fun’s not over yet. We partnered with one of our food blogger friends to create a food/cocktail pairing.
Eve from Mama’s Hungry created Scallop Tacos that will pair excellent with these Taste of the Tropics Margaritas.
