I’ve had Whipped Cream Vodka in my liqueur cabinet for many months now. I bought it at the same time as the Fluffed Marshmallow Vodka that was used in the S’mores Martini and the Peeps Martini. So, now it’s time to give you a whipped cream vodka cocktail recipe.

While I’ve used the whipped cream vodka in various cocktails apparently I have yet to post any of those on the cocktail blog. So, today it’s time I rectify my mistake with this Snowball Martini.
Naturally, I started with whipped cream vodka for this cocktail.
Then I added some coconut rum (remember that from the Coconut Margaritas and the Coconut Mojito…yum!).
Half and half was added for color and to balance out the alcohol in the drink.
A little bit of Coconut Cream was dumped in the mix to bump up the coconut flavor and to provide some creaminess. If you aren’t sure what coconut cream is, it’s that stuff also used in Pina Coladas and Chi-Chi cocktails.
Of course, you can’t forget the coconut rim for the glass.
I suppose if you really wanted, you could even put a dollop of homemade whipped cream on the top for garnish. Even better, add some whipped cream vodka to the whipped cream. That would be a real treat for this whipped cream vodka cocktail.
- 1 ounce Whipped Cream Vodka
- 1½ ounces Coconut Rum
- 1 ounce half and half
- ¼ ounce cream of coconut
- Shredded coconut for rim
- Rim martini glass with half and half and dip in shredded coconut.
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake and strain into martini glass.
